Opening sting
Moose are indiginious to Sweden so my concept was based around one of these beasts grazing in a forest that gradually lights up to lead on to the awards part of the evening, more on this below.
The Volvo Champions lockup was inherited. My concept was to use the dividing line as an animating conduit that would morph into different icons to represent each award category. Below are my drawings and samples from the storyboard. Below that is the actual animation.
