The Awards Opening Sting Video
Moose are indigenous to Sweden so my concept was based around one of these beasts grazing in a forest that gradually lights up to lead on to the awards part of the evening, more on this below.
The Volvo Champions lockup above was inherited. My concept was to use its dividing line as an animating conduit that would morph into different icons to represent each award category.
Below are my drawings and samples from the storyboard. Further down is the actual animation used at the awards.
