Boaters Coffee Packaging
Task
Create packaging to launch Boaters range of fortified coffees to be sold in branches of Waitrose.
Solution
I commissioned food photographer Duncan Loughery to shoot objects and elements from the natural world that were good metaphors for the added health benefits of each blend. These were matched to bold typography, with copy written by myself. To give stand out on shelf the designs were printed on foil bags, giving a metallic finish to the bold colours used to help differentiate each fortified coffee.

Morrisons Noodle Doodle Packaging
Task
Morrison's wanted new packaging for their value priced noodle range to create standout in the SKU.
Solution
Noodles at ‘Pot Noodle’ end of the market can't take themselves too seriously - just pour boiling water on them and they are ready. So I wanted to create a bit of playfulness whilst retaining product honesty. My solution as you can see was to have a 'noodle doodle' to reflect each flavour. Morrison's loved the concepts. These were then developed and rolled out across their stores. Visuals shown below.
